get abs in shape like twilight taylor lautner new moon

i am still trying to get abs like taylor lautner, it is going to take a lot of training to achieve the kind of abdominal look taylor lautner showed in twilight the new moon movie as character jacob black.

taylor lautner had to get into shape for that movie and bulk up as well while still maintaining his ripped mucle look which was no mean feet, otherwise he may have lost the movie roll, to play jacob black, as the twilight movie directors wanted a really muscular guy to play jacob black in twilight new moon.

did taylor lautner maintain this shape into the new twilight film eclipse, or was taylor even more muscular in twilight eclipse?, i am not sure, you would think taylor lautner would have put on more muscular mass as he had even longer to train for the eclipse movie.

though it is not always about putting on more muscles, but a challenge to maintain the muscles that you already have built, which mightbe the case with taylor since he had built a great physique for new moon.

taylor lautner should sell a training device for building muscle, maybe some abdominal crunch training machine and those elastic bands he seemed to use to get pumped before going on the twilight new moon set.

though in reality taylor built his physique through using heavy weights in the gym, its really the only way to get that mass, the elastic bands he has been seen using will be just for pumping up before going onto the twilight movie set, like he did when appearing as jacob black on new moon.

another big exercise as i have posted about before is the chin up, which will build rear shoulders, back, and arms, here taylor is doing this exercise to add muscles to his back



it would be surprising if there is not some taylor lautner stroke jacob black twilight training merchandise out there to buy in shops and online, where you can say use this equipment and get the body of jacob black in the new moon movie, though of course it takes a lot more then a few twilight gimmicky merchandise items to get the kind of muscles shape taylor showed in new moon, but it would make a decent marketing angle for a company selling twilight workout equipment.
